Raise on undead[]

It one shot kills any undead enemy or boss and is worth being included in it's description.

I Edited it earlier but I guess it needs to be approved first so got deleted? Seems redundant to me but anyway it should be there. Bonquiqui (talk) 15:01, 30 September 2016 (EDT)

That kind of thing should be in their own page and/or mechanics, not short description --Cysidus (talk) 10:03, 2 October 2016 (EDT)

As it's ability to kill any type of undead instantly from spirit to demon type bosses I think that's something worth putting in the base description. It's not a small detail.

Ask you this. If you were looking for a white mage and decided to breifly check the abilities availbile first, would knowing Raise is an instant k.o to bosses impact your decision? It sure as hell would mine.

But that's my opinion. I'll leave it at that.Bonquiqui (talk) 11:06, 3 October 2016 (EDT)

Mechanics and skill mechanics go to their respective page, e.g. Dual Wield --Cysidus (talk) 15:02, 3 October 2016 (EDT)

So what is the current description for Raise concidered if not a mechanic? Raise does 2 things. It's nothing like the passive TM dualweild.

I just find it hard to understand how this needed to be discussed and then deleted when many notes on units, for example, Kefka's note on his unique Graviga spell, are just uninformative and opinion based.Bonquiqui (talk) 15:14, 3 October 2016 (EDT)

It's an additional mechanics that will not work on all raise skill. Not sure where you get that Kefka note. --Cysidus (talk) 02:39, 4 October 2016 (EDT)

"Heartless Angel is excellent for clearing groups" - unit rankings page. No facts, just obaervations.

And what do you mean it will not work "on all raise skill"? If the enemy is a skeleton, ghost, etc. It will always instantly kill it.

The fact it kills bosses alone says enough about it reliability. The entire ADV C-3 rank of the newest colleseum levels can be completed from start to finish with just Raise. Boss included.

Does Osmose restore MP or cause MP damage? Does Bio cause dark damage or does it poison then enemy? Do Comet and rolling ball deal non elemental damage or increasingly more damage upon consecutive use? These are examples of abilities that also have a dual mechanic but are worth mentioning where as this isn't? Bonquiqui (talk) 03:26, 4 October 2016 (EDT)
