A subspecies of ojo. It uses its large eye to immobilize its prey for its nourishment. Congestions turn red, as if they were bloodshot, when they are hungry, thus making them very easy to spot. If one is found, it is suggested to place as much distance as possible so as to avoid catching their attention.
