Tips[edit | edit source]

  • See testimonials and discussions.
  • When using elemental damage on Orthos to control which immunities he switches to, the elements will still count even if Orthos is immune to that damage type on those turns (for example, using Esther's Storm Brand when Orthos has physical immunity up).
  • Tempest and Hailstone can be covered by physical cover and evaded.
    • Use Reraise for help surviving the attack (if you don't have evade), but be cautious of Tempest as it has a long animation, and thus may kill through reraise.
    • Mirage will not work, since both happen at the end of the turn.

Example Strategy[edit | edit source]

  • Example Team used for clearing with all missions:

With high enough DEF stat you can choose to not use any cover, which prevents your tank from dying to Hailstone or Tempest. Finish all of the missions in phase one, then use the elemental trigger mechanic to force Orthros into a physical vulnerable state, then burst him.

During the second battle, focus on taking out Typhon as soon as possible while properly sealing his attacks using earth, wind, and light elements. Once Typhon is defeated use the proper elemental triggers to make Orthros vulnerable, then burst him with your attackers.
