Raw silk thread made from the cocoon of an insect known as the cave silkworm. When the silkworm becomes a pupa, it will make a cocoon containing a miniscule amount of magic power which it will reside in until it fully matures. It is said that the raw silk spun from these cocoons feels more pleasant to the touch than normal silk and can be used to make high-grade equipment. Humanity's destruction of the environment in recent years has driven the cave silkworms out of their habitat, causing these magical threads to become an even rarer commodity.
