The Ochu boss of the final part (Location Discovered) has a physical and magical resistance buff on the first turn and he also strikes first. The buff is not a 100% resistance so maybe you can just OTK him. Just be prepared to take some damage (first strike and after your first turn) so don't bring units that are too weak.
