A self-aware tree that has a face and walks around. It was brought to life by humans based on the woodwatcher which is known for its gentler nature. Long ago, researchers infused magic into trees in order to control them for the better good of the people. But the triffids thus born found out about how the people were cutting down trees for their own livelihood, and soon they began to oppose the humans. Now wild, they will attack any human they meet.
