A monster with thorns coming out of its back. It has a long history, and is even thought to have been drawn on the walls of ancient ruins. Since it has a hard, shell-like back which is hard to penetrate, it is best to aim for its legs or head when attacking. The baretta is also said to lose its thorns as it ages, and it is even said that it will die once it loses its last one.
