This team only uses five units, so you can fill the last slot in with whatever you want. Make sure someone has a source of light and lightning damage for missions.
Sieghard breaks on turn one while Basch covers, then Basch breaks each turn from there. Lenna provides immunity to the debuffs and does healing and dispels. Bartz and Lasswell chain for damage as their only role.
