6★	The son of a navy admiral from a remote region. Qin's father sent him away to study under the bureaucrats of a different nation as a sort of punishment. However, for Qin this was more of a blessing, as he now had access to a myriad of books he had never seen before, as well as the chance to enjoy new art forms and instruments. Two years later a series of mysterious deaths surrounding the high officials of his hometown came to light, and upon learning that his parents were among the victims, he decided to return home.
7★	A man who returned to his hometown with a hidden identity. Posing as a master musician, he sought employment by the high officials of his town to find the reason behind the deaths of his parents. On a certain night he witnessed one of the high officials transforming into a terrifying monster. After discovering that his parents had been killed by a vicious beast which sought to control the entire nation, he was resolved to fight it on his own. However, it was then when some old friends suddenly appeared...

Gameplay

If the unit is reraised while using his songs (Recital - Ambitious Comforts, Recital - Singing Praise), then the buffs from the songs will persist and the unit will no longer be locked into the action of singing. Instead the unit is able to freely start a separate, new song, while the old one continues onward.

Trivia

The instrument that Qin play is a Guzheng, a string instrument. It was used in ancient China, prominently during the Qin dynasty (221-206 BCE).
