Tips

• See testimonials and discussions.
• The Calca and Brina dolls do not drop limit burst crystals or esper orbs. To achieve the esper mission, either bring a unit that can fill the gauge with an ability or attack Calcabrina in Round 2 to gather the orbs.
• If Calcabrina is dropped below 20% health without being killed, it will summon all six Calca and Brina dolls then kill itself. Once you damage them enough, they'll remerge, but Calcabrina will be back to full health.
• Bring physical evasion cover tank for first fight if you cannot kill the dolls in one round. Bring high spr/resistance magic cover tank for 2nd fight. Can only cover the physical counters of Calcabrina (provoke does not work)
• Each Calca and Brina doll will retaliate from the 1st magical or physical damage received. Should both occur during the same turn, they will each retaliate on the unit that afflicted said damage (first magic and then physical) before going into their regular attack pattern. This mechanic will isolate damage to a single unit but with reraise you can revive them should they get KO'd. Having a 100% evade tank covering all allies exploits this mechanic to your advantage should you cover first before applying physical damage to the dolls.
• Bring mixed Physical damage dealers and Magic damage dealers (4 units), a tank with provoke (magic or physical cover, depending on DEF/SPR, and elemental buff of the party), and a support-healer. These 4 units will assist the tank and the support-healer unit at breaking, elemental buffing, or even healing. A team of 6 stars max units can do this, but will require a specialized set-up and good coordination against its attack patterns and thresholds.
  • This can be avoided completely if you possess units with strong MAG or ATK (above 2.8k base ATK/MAG damage, high modifiers, a strong DEF/SPR break, and additional stats buffs), thus no longer necessitating a tank.
